HéBa burst onto the underground music scene with their unique style and fresh sound. Their songs feature not only melancholic lyrics and catchy melodies, but also playful dance music and emotional ballads. Their live performances are dynamic and captivating; they always manage to draw the audience into the whirlwind of their music.

We come from the counties of Nógrád, Komárom-Esztergom and Győr-Moson-Sopron; our professions include: teacher, architect, accountant and potter. Five girls, five instruments, plus whoever can sing.

We’re an eight-piece band from Budapest, operating on the fringes of Hungarian alternative rock, folk and a lyrical, ballad-like sound. Our songs blend folk motifs with an energetic, modern sound, so our gigs evoke both contemplative, introspective moments and a liberated, sweeping momentum. Our aim is to create a shared experience through our stories and songs, whether that involves laughter, tears, slow dancing or moshing.

Lake Street Dive is known for its effortlessly genre-spanning songs. In 2024, the band released its eighth studio album, Good Together, which—as its title suggests—is a truly liberated creation infused with the joy of community and making music. During their more than 20-year career, Lake Street Dive will perform in Hungary for the first time on October 6, 2026, at Dürer Kert.

Opening the evening will be Wirefall! Wirefall is one of the most promising new wave nu metal bands in Poland. Hailing from Krakow, the band combines heavy, modern riffs with catchy melodies and powerful stage energy. The band won Antyfest – the most important rock and metal competition in Poland – and was recognized by Tylko Rock magazine as one of the most promising bands of 2024.

Their concerts are intense, authentic and uncompromising, making them the perfect way to kick off the evening for fans of strong emotions.

ELLiS·D, the solo project of Ellis Dickson, is coming to Hungary for the very first time on September 23 for a genre-blending, explosive live show at Dürer Kert.

Originally stepping into the spotlight as a drummer-turned-frontman, Ellis Dickson has steadily built momentum around ELLiS·D over the past year. Thanks to relentless touring and electrifying live performances, the project has quickly become one of the most exciting emerging acts around — with Far Out Magazine recently describing the show as “one of the most thrilling live experiences of recent months.”

Performing alongside a constantly evolving collective of Brighton-based musicians, Dickson — while also drumming internationally for Fat Dog and Johnny Borrell’s Jealous Nostril project — has toured with acts such as Razorlight and shared stages with The Goa Express, Flip Top Head, Melts, Plantoid, Vinyl Williams, Youth Sector and The DSM IV, among others.
The 2023 EP Hullo, Reality and the singles that followed, released via Brighton’s Crafting Room Recordings, earned Dickson significant radio play and press attention. His music has regularly appeared on BBC Radio 6 Music and Radio X, while major UK music outlets including NME and So Young Magazine have also championed the project.

Over the past two years, ELLiS·D has been longlisted for both the Green Man Rising and Glastonbury Emerging Talent competitions, while this year’s biggest festival appearance came at Kendal Calling on Tim Burgess’s curated stage. The act has also made strong impressions at events such as Soundcity, The Great Escape and Live at Leeds, as well as at European festivals including Best Kept Secret and Haldern Pop.

Musically, ELLiS·D blends glam punk, psychedelia and gothic atmospheres into a distinctive sonic world: live shows packed with breakneck riffs, unexpected turns and cathartic returns. The second EP, Spill — written and performed entirely by Dickson with producer Shuta Shinoda — further amplifies this intense and immersive sound. The closing track, Drifting, is a dark, glam-punk-fuelled journey steeped in 21st-century paranoia.

MÖRK plays music rooted in soul and funk, offering listeners a unique musical experience through thought-provoking lyrics on social, psychological, and everyday themes, combined with improvisation and elements of other styles. The band’s album Still Dreamin’, released last year, was put out by the British label Albert’s Favourites. The sold-out album release concert on the A38 Ship also marked the end of MÖRK’s active career—the band subsequently went on hiatus and, with the exception of one or two special events each year, no longer performs live. One such occasion will take place on November 14 in the main hall of Dürer Kert, where they will once again perform songs from the album *You Are Free To Choose*, which turns 10 this year, and have many other surprises in store.

The concert is supported by the Performing Arts College of the National Cultural Fund (NKA).

Brooklyn-based City of the Sun brings its unique, genre-spanning sound to Budapest’s Dürer Kert on September 14, 2026. The band’s instrumental, cinematic compositions blend elements of indie rock, Latin folk, blues, and world music, creating a unique, emotionally rich musical language that resonates with audiences across continents.

The band was founded by guitarist John Pita, with drummer Zach Para joining shortly after; bassist Matt Fasano and guitarist Marco Bolfelli later rounded out the lineup. City of the Sun’s music is both intimate and cinematic, as if we were stepping into a story told through sound.

Since the release of their 2016 album *To The Sun and All the Cities in Between*, their 2020 self-titled album, and their 2022 album *Segunda Alma*, the band has built a cult following worldwide. During their tours, they’ve shared the stage with acts such as Peter Bjorn and John and Thievery Corporation, while their music has filled concert halls in London, Paris, and Athens.

Their latest album, *Under the Moon*, opens a new chapter in the band’s history. Produced by Phil Ek (Fleet Foxes, Father John Misty, Built to Spill), the album’s sound blends melancholy, energy, and renewal. The songs feature elements of Western-style atmospheres, Mediterranean rhythms, desert rock, and disco-funk, while the band continues to preserve its signature instrumental storytelling.

City of the Sun’s concert promises a unique audiovisual journey for fans on September 14, 2026, at Dürer Kert. Guitar textures evoking desert landscapes, cinematic atmospheres, and sweeping rhythms create an experience that goes beyond a traditional concert.

HŰVÖS - HOLTPONT | Album release concert

To mark this special occasion, the band will play the album from start to finish, complemented by numerous popular and rarely heard hits from Kapuzárási Piknik and Legszebb éveink.

In the endless summer of 2016, Galaxisok began recording their third album, whilst life went on around them and the neon-lit nights faded into the distance. Following Benedek Szabó’s quasi-solo albums, this was the band’s first true, collaborative album, which they rehearsed in the Dürer rehearsal rooms - a place that has since become the stuff of legend - before recording the album in various rented flats with the help of sound engineer Dodi Lázár. Since its release in 2017, it has remained a true audience favourite and will celebrate its tenth anniversary next year. To mark this special occasion, the band will play the album from start to finish, complemented by numerous popular and rarely heard hits from _Kapuzárási Piknik_ and _Legszebb éveink_. What’s more, the tenth anniversary brings a real treat: _Focipályákon sétálsz át éjszaka_ is finally being released on vinyl.

A white mask, a Stetson and distorted pop - Milo Korbenski performs in Budapest for the first time

A mysterious white mask, a Stetson hat and a unique musical world in which lo-fi art-pop, dream-pop and the raw sound of distorted indie meet catchy melodies. Milo Korbenski will perform in Hungary for the first time on 28 October; the Brighton-based musician will present his melancholic and surreal musical universe at the Dürer Kert Small Hall.

It is difficult to describe Korbenski’s music in terms of a single genre: instantly catchy choruses are complemented by electronic elements, distorted vocals and unexpected musical twists. Whilst influences ranging from Kurt Vile to the Cocteau Twins, Black Sabbath and The xx can be detected, he has nevertheless developed a distinctive, unmistakable sound.

The air of mystery does not end with the music. Korbenski consistently appears in public wearing a faceless white mask, a Stetson hat and a denim jacket. Behind this persona lies a prolific, largely self-taught artist who, for much of his career, has written and recorded his own songs, whilst also designing the visual aesthetic of his releases himself.

Light at the end of the tunnel

Korbenski’s second studio album, *Sex Angel*, released in 2025, perhaps offers the best introduction to his musical world. According to the musician, the album is about ‘positive realisations’: those moments when, after a difficult period, light finally appears at the end of the tunnel. Yet even his optimism is not unclouded: the light-heartedness is accompanied by melancholy, surreal imagery and a touch of darkness.

*Sex Angel* is at once nostalgic and contemporary, playful and slightly damaged - this is well illustrated by *Ratworm*, which pairs its lively melody with a bizarre visual world and fragmented vocals, whilst *Bedrock*, with its floating synths and vocals blurred by effects, creates a far more melancholic, unsettling atmosphere.

Live, Korbenski’s music reveals a new side - even if the performer himself continues to carefully conceal his own. Wearing his trademark white mask and Stetson hat, he takes to the stage with a changing line-up of musicians. His concerts are just as unpredictable as his songs: subdued, intimate moments can easily turn into noisy outbursts, yet the controlled chaos is held together throughout by a strong sense of melody.

At the launch of Macskapogó’s debut album, we’ll discover what happens when you blend the emotional world of Midwest emo with the free-spirited nature of pop-punk and the Hungarian spirit. The result is a collection of songs that paint a comprehensive picture of this way of life, and this will be even more evident in a live setting. On 15 October, on the stage at Dürer Kert, we’ll show everyone what’s going on inside us, as well as where our shared musical journey began.

Zuhanó Hónapok are a band from Budapest who dream of midwest emo but play more of an alter-emo style. The members are all linked by Eötvös József Grammar School, where they first met, but the band couldn’t form until after they’d finished school. Their music is characterised by the unconventional use of odd time signatures, the sudden insertion of blast beats in the most laid-back passages, the grotesque harmony of screaming and clean vocals, bass riffs, melancholy - that sort of thing.
