One of the cornerstones of the American metalcore scene, Atreyu, is coming to Budapest to perform their iconic, genre-defining album *The Curse* — celebrating its 20 (+1) year anniversary!

This fall, Nazareth returns to Budapest.
The Bending the Rules tour marks one of the band’s greatest milestones — the 50th anniversary of their timeless hit Love Hurts, first performed by the Scottish rock legends in 1975. The band will take the stage at Dürer Kert on November 27.
Nazareth belongs to the first generation of hard rock and heavy metal bands, alongside Led Zeppelin, Uriah Heep, and Deep Purple. Formed in 1968, the group still features founding member Pete Agnew, who continues to perform actively. Today, he is joined by his son Lee Agnew on drums, Jimmy Murrison on guitar, and Carl Sentance on vocals. With over 30 million albums sold, Nazareth remains one of Scotland’s most successful rock bands, alongside Simple Minds.
Love Hurts was first performed as a power ballad 50 years ago, becoming the most popular rendition of the song originally written by Boudleaux and Felice Bryant — and the only version to become a major hit in the United States. The recording topped the charts in Canada, the Netherlands, Belgium, South Africa, and Norway, where it stayed on the charts for 61 weeks, including 14 weeks at number one, making it the most successful single of all time in that country. On Spotify alone, the track has been streamed over 247 million times, with plays still increasing by nearly a million each week.
The upcoming fall tour will celebrate this milestone, while also featuring other Nazareth classics such as Dream On, This Flight Tonight, and Hair of the Dog.

With sixteen studio albums, four EPs, and numerous compilations, reissues, and live recordings, Paradise Lost has become an essential figure in international extreme metal.
Having crossed their tenth anniversary, the Italian doom masters, Messa, take another step toward legendary status with their grand fourth album, The Spin. The album invites the listener on a breathtaking journey across the wide open skies of their creative imagination, through a beautiful landscape of moods, twists, and styles. Starting from the band's eclectic, self-defined style of Scarlet Doom, The Spin rises and falls, broods and bites, comforts and destroys – all while resonating with both instinctive, magical energy and obsessive, deliberate effort.
Their Latin name means "to shed tears" – and indeed, Lacrimas Profundere has been treading the path of dark, melancholic music for more than two decades. Lacrimas Profundere is not only one of the most distinctive bands in the classic gothic metal scene in terms of style, but also in stage presence – their concerts are raw, emotional, and unforgettable.

In their song Make Me Famous, we can feast on a mixture of violence, chaos, and satire. The song is extreme and multifaceted, not only in its lyrics but also in its visuals. With this move, Kim Dracula has surpassed their previous musical works, as they combines a number of different musical styles in one song: metal, industrial, jazz, trap, and Latin music—and we are still talking about the same song—yet the experiment did not descend into chaos. Dracula's latest release, Drown, is a more melodic piece that carries the same eclectic power they famous for, this time combining styles such as post-hardcore, synthwave, industrial, EDM, and metal. Their musical compositions, extreme visual appearance, and refusal to fit into any specific category have earned Dracula a loyal fan base in a wide variety of communities, changing the future of music and blurring boundaries.

The Garden of Necessity is a place where all needs remain hidden. The garden is us: needs lie beneath our skin, fueling everything while holding us back from everything. From the first day to the last, need is a silently turning gear. This album is that untended garden. The songs grow, intertwine, blossom quietly, only to eventually collapse with a roar.

Formed in 2017, the band blends experimental noise rock with the heritage of grunge and hardcore, infused with the spirit of 90s alternative and 2000s indie, emo, and math rock. Vocal-centered storytelling meets asymmetrical rhythms and wall-of-sound guitars. Noise, voice, and misery.

TRE LUNATIC
Formed in 2021 by Ádám Tarcsai (drums), Sándor Bikali (guitar), and Gábor Mátyás (vocals), Tre Lunatic blend metal and pop with heavy electronic grooves and cinematic atmospheres.
Their music merges massive electronic layers with pop and metal influences — live and electronic drums, groove-oriented riffs, baritone guitars, and clean (sometimes distorted) vocals — creating a sound that’s both danceable and deeply thought-provoking.
Each song breaks conventions while staying true to their own identity.
On this night, metal, pop, electronics, and experimentation finally collide.

Evermind is a five-piece metal band from Budapest, formed in January 2020.
Their sound is intense, emotional, and modern — a hard-hitting mix of metal energy and Hungarian lyrics, wrapped in what they call “electric guitar aerobics.”

PLASTICOCEAN
Hailing from Sopron, PLASTICOCEAN formed in 2017 and is known for their blend of modern metal and metalcore.
Since their debut, they’ve won several national talent contests and were the only metal band selected for the Hangfoglaló Program’s Emerging Artists initiative (2018/2019).
Their second album, Békétlen (2019), marked a shift from the English lyrics of their debut Wave (2017) to Hungarian, along with a bolder, heavier sound.
Their latest EP, Sodrás, introduces a more electronic direction — a fresh twist on their signature style.
PLASTICOCEAN has played at numerous Hungarian festivals and joined Leander Kills, Mudfield, and AWS on national tours, as well as performing at Useme’s farewell concert in Budapest’s Akvárium Klub.
