Christopher Cross in Budapest for the First Time.

Over the course of his more than four-decade-long career, five time Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Christopher Cross will perform in Budapest for the very first time! Known
for songs such as Sailing and Ride Like the Wind, Cross will bring his music to life on April 28 at Dürer Kert during his debut Budapest concert.

Tickets will first be available to registered Live Nation members starting September 30 at 10 a.m., while general ticket sales starts on October 3 at 10 a.m. at www.livenation.hu.

WHAT IS CERTAIN:
◾ Isten Háta Mögött will return to the stage on April 24, 2026, at Dürer Kert.
◾ Isten Háta Mögött will be performing with the lineup of Csaba Bokros - Péter Egyedi - László Hortobágyi - Tamás Pálinkás, the same formation as on the album A kényelmetlen.
◾ The band’s previous Facebook page was stolen, so they have launched a new one. The password is: csakfiatalosan, with a capital C.
◾ Since Isten Háta Mögött said farewell to the audience in the summer of 2015, it’s easy to calculate that roughly 3960 days will have passed by the time they return, of which only about 160 remain.
◾ Since ticket sales are online, the band cannot accidentally leave the ticket revenue in an envelope somewhere.

WHAT IS NOT CERTAIN:
◾ The band may start the concert with the song Tipikus árvajelleg and may close with Aláírhatatlan történelem.
◾ And the future. That is never certain. However, the band would like to share that they are considering additional plans regarding what lies ahead.

Twenty years of uninterrupted togetherness in any community or relationship is a big deal. In 20 years, the world has changed so much, and we ourselves have changed so much, that we involuntarily ask ourselves where we have come from and where we are going, how this thing we called Esti Kornél has shaped us, and how, even after 20 years, we are still trying to do what we started doing as high school students. We don't want to entertain, we want to lighten our own souls by pouring everything we feel and think about the world into our songs without compromise. Our attitude towards music hasn't changed one bit. And it is very flattering and touching that this whole thing means something not only to us, but also to you who listen to our songs and come to our concerts. That in this infinitely impersonal, virtual world, we have shared, tangible, liberatingly real moments from time to time.

We want to do our 20th anniversary tour in our own style, without any unnecessary frills. Among our favorite clubs in Budapest, we will first celebrate at Dürer Kert on May 2, which has been significant in many ways in the band's history. It's customary to promise bombastic things at times like this. Those who know us know that every concert we play is the most important concert in the world for us on that particular night. So that's what we promise. And this is just the beginning of our anniversary year in Budapest. We look forward to seeing you there!

The GRAMMY-nominated songwriter, singer, multi-instrumentalist, and producer Wolfgang Van Halen and his band Mammoth are coming to Hungary in 2026: they will perform live in Budapest on December 8 at Dürer Kert.

Fronting Mammoth, Wolfgang Van Halen has delivered one of the most exciting hard rock success stories of recent years. His music has a distinct identity, built on impressive instrumental prowess (drums, bass, keyboards, guitar) and instantly catchy melodies. In less than five years, Mammoth have amassed over 100 million streams, played sold-out shows around the world, and consistently appeared at the top of the most important charts.
Released in 2021, the debut album Mammoth WVH opened at No. 12 on the Billboard 200, while also topping three Billboard charts: Top Hard Rock Albums, Top Independent Albums, and Top Rock Albums. The track “Distance” became a No. 1 rock radio hit and earned a GRAMMY nomination for Best Rock Song. The 2023 follow-up, Mammoth II, continued the band’s rapidly rising career, reaching the Top 5 on the Billboard Top Album Sales chart and once again claiming the No. 1 spot on the Top Hard Rock Albums ranking.

Singer-songwriter Kimi Shelter is like the love child Johnny Thunders and Joan Jett should have had, raised with an impeccable musical education at Blondie Elementary School, Def Leppard High, and Bowie College, before completing a PhD at Siouxsie Sioux University, majoring in “Fuck All Y’all.” Meanwhile, Aaron Lecesne brings crushing bass lines, vivid musicality, and lightning-strike stage energy to the band, wrapped in fashion-icon flair, while Hungarian-born Kriss Tokaji is the literal embodiment of a Guitar Adonis, whose talent is set to place him among today’s leading young guitar heroes.

The American band Of Mice & Men released their ninth studio album last year, a record that became both monumental and intimate at the same time. Naturally, the new album is followed by a tour, and on July 29 they will perform at Dürer Kert, joined by Vended, consisting musicians, who are children of Slipknot members.

“Life is hard. No matter who you are, you fight smaller and bigger battles every single day. We often feel that the uniqueness of our situation prevents us from connecting with others. How could anyone possibly know what it’s like to go through what I’m going through? And yet everyone - truly everyone - knows what it feels like to long for a miracle when everything seems hopeless. This is such a fundamental human experience that it connects us all. That’s exactly what Another Miracle is about.”

These are the thoughts Of Mice & Men shared in connection with their latest album released last year, during the creation of which they took full control into their own hands. Vocalist Aaron Pauley mixed the record, while Phil Manansala, Alan Ashby, and Tino Arteaga worked together on the material, resulting in the quartet’s most intimate work to date. Few hard rock albums manage to be intimate while delivering powerful rhythms and a monumental soundscape, but Another Miracle ticks all those boxes, becoming a truly memorable release. The band approaches depression, anxiety, loneliness, and existential dread with sober honesty, breaking through the darkness and emphasizing the importance of creativity as a vital component of mental health.

Since forming in 2009, Of Mice & Men have collected several awards, including Best International Newcomer at the 2013 Kerrang! Awards, and have toured with acts such as Bullet For My Valentine, Nothing More, Five Finger Death Punch, and Slipknot.

After David Bowie's unexpected death in 2016, Hungarian musicians decided to commemorate one of pop culture's most influential artists with a concert featuring Bowie songs and details of his life's work on the A38 Ship. Although the concert was planned as a one-off event, both the musicians and the audience wanted a repeat performance.

So this year, the musician friends will take the stage for the 10th time. Over the years, songs performed with Bowie's fellow musicians (Iggy Pop, Lou Reed, John Lennon, Mick Jagger, Brian Eno, Bob Dylan, Marc Bolan) have also been included in the program, which is why they chose the name Bowie & Friends.

At this birthday concert, the band will perform a selection of songs from their shows over the past ten years.

Formed in 2020, the band members are veterans of the Hungarian guitar music scene. With psychedelic lyrics and music videos, and heavy riffs that at times border on stoner rock, Hocuspony pays homage to bands like King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, The Oh Sees, or even Kyuss. Of course, their music is much more than just spouting old, tried-and-true phrases; with experimental instrumentation, a healthy dose of the California vibe, and songs drenched in Hungarian lyrics, they always manage to surprise, and it won’t be any different in this small venue!
