🔥🪘DjembeJAM! Drum Circle at Dürer Kert 🪘🔥

On April 30, we’re returning to our favorite outdoor venue, Dürer Kert on the shores of Lágymányosi Bay - where we held our very first outdoor drum circles in 2023!
We warmly invite you to a relaxed community music gathering centered around the most popular African percussion instrument, the djembe, complemented by other percussionists from all over the world!
This time, we invite everyone to a short but intense drum circle at the Dürer Kert Opening Event, hosted by our friends Korai Öröm before their concert, starting at 7:00 PM (concert starts at 8:00 PM!)
Join us for a guided communal jam session with a tribal vibe, featuring African drums and crisp rhythms!
No musical experience is required to participate - just a good mood, an open mind, and the ability to listen to one another - which always comes together quickly through the shared pulse of the drums. We’ll teach participants the basics and beats as we go, and those who already play the djembe will quickly recognize the West African rhythms.

If you have your own instrument, please bring it; if you don’t have your own drum yet, we can provide a limited number on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last (contribution: 2,000 HUF per drum)
